ANNOUNCING: The establishment of an endowed scholarship in the name of Dr. Arthur Grover Collins at Meharry Medical College where he received his degree in 1982. The scholarship will assist African American students from the Washington, DC/Maryland metro area and the greater Los Angeles community who require financial assistance.
